Replacing the previous Offshore Container Examination (OCE) Advanced Programme, this Diploma provides the specialist competence needed to verify the structural integrity and safety of offshore containers used in marine, oil & gas, and offshore energy operations. The OSC Diploma aligns with international inspection standards and prepares learners to perform safe, compliant, and effective inspections — ensuring operational reliability in the world’s most demanding environments.
