The LEEA Offshore Containers Diploma (OSC), delivered by GSS Training, is a globally recognised qualification designed for professionals engaged in the testing, inspection, examination, and maintenance of offshore containers and their lifting sets. Replacing the previous Offshore Container Examination (OCE) Advanced Programme, this Diploma provides the specialist competence needed to verify the structural integrity and safety of offshore containers used in marine, oil & gas, and offshore energy operations. The OSC Diploma aligns with international inspection standards and prepares learners to perform safe, compliant, and effective inspections — ensuring operational reliability in the world’s most demanding environments.
